Artist's Description
Located in Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint, 10 miles west of Tillamook and U.S. Hwy. 101, the lighthouse stands 217 feet above the ocean. At 38 feet, the tower is the shortest on the Oregon coast, and unfortunately, was recently victimized by vandalism, forcing a temporary shut-down of activities.

Thanks Anne. Have you been to Cape Meares? Unfortunately, they were vandalized over this past summer. I think the lens was broken or something.
